So excited!!!!!

I am so excited!!! I just sold my first item on Art Fire. I've sold 12 items on Etsy...mostly to people I know...but this person on Art Fire was a TOTAL stranger. I am so excited! I actually have 2 because her first try messed up on Paypal so it looks like I have 2. So my lips are sealed.

I have to show off my earrings. I think these earrings are so pretty I am having trouble not keeping them for myself. I think my husband did a wonderful job in taking the picture too. These are such pretty blue, faceted earrings and then the seed beads are faceted to reflect the light too. So pretty! God, I think I have had too much caffeine. Ever feel like that? Either that or I am a bit manic. Either one feels kinda good LOL.

Okay Okay Okay!!!!!

I think I have it now...the colors. The purples just were not working and the black was too black. I like this. In truth, I think I am on the manic side. I don't get the real high highs but I just get the little ups. I tend to spend too much on supplies and little stuff. Wanna know a secret? I bought 32 Feet of this great antique copper chain for $17 dollars. Now tell me why the hell did I buy 32 feet of chain???? I just use if for earrings!!!! Am I crazy??? I think so!!! I bought this yummy sounding tea this morning for a total of $9.50. Do I drink tea very often if ever? NO! But I do like it and it sounded yummy! I feel this little engine in my that is the mania...just a subtle purring. But who knows what I will buy! My poor husband said to me this morning to try to control it. At least I am not buying LOTS OF STUFF all in one spot but, it does all add up. Okay enough of this!

Why do I tell you this in my blog where I show my watches and stuff and where I show the artistry of others? Because it is part of the process of my work. If my mind is racing too fast I can't make anything cause all my images run together. Or if I am too depressed no images come to me. It is all part of the process that I share with you. Okay I did not find this artist on my own. My Art Fire guild did. It has so much depth and you can see the glitter. It reminds me of the ocean. An you know how much I love the ocean. I redid my blog!

I went from black to purple! Did you notice? Or is this your first time? It use to be all black with a my purple banner. It looked good but I wanted to brighten the place up! Do you like it? I like it and hope others do too. Comments and suggestions are welcomed.

New Earrings

I am showing a a pair of the most simple yet really cute earrings that I just made a few days ago. They are inexpensive and will go with many things so I am hoping they find a good home. I think I have found a second passion besides watches...earrings! I am excited about these earrings. They are simple yet beautiful. I am still tired from the effects of the radiation so my goals are simple these days but I must say these earrings are pretty!
